2 large onions, thinly sliced 1 cup low-sodium barbecue sauce * Directions:
Place the onions in a baking dish and pour 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce over them. Add the tofu and the remaining sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Bake the tofu and onions for 20 to 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling hot (the tofu can also be cooked on the grill, brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.) Variations:
