14 oz bok choy, rinsed and roughly torn
1 tsp grated fresh root ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the wok and stir fry for a further 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
