Turkey, vegetables and pasta in a light dressing.

7 oz skinless lean turkey breast, cooked, diced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
Combine turkey, onion, carrots, and peas in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta. In a jar, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; shake until well blended. Pour over pasta and stir well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
