1 cup water 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 3/4 cup cider vinegar 2 medium green apples, peeled and diced 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 1/2 tsp mace 1/2 tsp curry powder 3 Tbsp orange zest 12 oz dried cranberries 1/2 cup currants 1 cup orange juice Directions:
