2 cup watermelon chunks, seeds removed
1 cup cracked ice
4 oz low-fat plain yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you like, adjust sweetness to taste (up to 2 Tbsp) or replace sugar with a sugar substitute.
