2 Tbsp capers, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
8 1/2 oz fat-free spreadable cream cheese
1/2 large pita bread (6 1/2 inch diameter)
1 (14 oz) can pink salmon, rinsed, drained, flaked
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 medium head of cos lettuce, shredded
Spread cheese mixture along center of each pita, top with salmon, onion and lettuce; roll up. Cut rolls in half and serve.
