1/2 cup diced celery 1 small tart red apple, cored and cut into small cubes 2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 Tbsp non-fat yogurt, plain or vanilla 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 4 lettuce leaves, washed, cleaned and crisp 8 slices reduced-calorie raisin bread Directions:
To serve, arrange a lettuce leaf on a bread slice. Spoon 3/4 cup turkey mixture over lettuce leaf and top with another bread slice. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Turkey mixture will keep two days in refrigerator. (Per Serving)
