Ingredients:

    1 3/4 cup skim milk, cold
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1 package (1.5 oz) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

    Put milk and instant pudding into a medium size bowl; mix together until smooth. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and stir until smooth.

    Serve, or chill and then serve.

Variations:

    This pudding can be served with Graham crackers, if desired.
