1 Tbsp chives, roughly chopped 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp mustard powder 1/4 tsp sugar 1 lemon (juice only) 2 Tbsp parsley, roughly chopped 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar 1 pinch of salt and pepper 10 oz tofu, firm, crumbled Directions:
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate in a screw-top jar for several weeks if desired. (Per Serving)
