1 Tbsp finely snipped flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 tsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lowfat (2%) small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup fat-free or lowfat buttermilk
1 pinch of salt and white pepper, to taste
Makes 3/4 cup dressing.
