1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup oatmeal 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 2 cup water 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 1 tsp vanilla extract, or to taste (optional) Directions:
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add water and mashed apples. Stir until combined. Drop about 1/4 cup mixture onto a heated skillet that has been lightly sprayed with oil. Makes about a 4-inch sized pancake. Microwave Directions:
