1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp 'Lite' or table salt
3 drops hot chili sauce, or to taste
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
Add ricotta cheese, tomato paste, salt, chili sauce, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
