Suggestions: To save time, you can make a large batch, divide it and put in freezer bags. Thaw, and the chicken is automatically marinated.

Preparation Time: 10 mins
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp lime juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into ¼ - inch strips
Add chicken and turn to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain and discard marinade.
Grill, uncovered, over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until juices run clear, turning often.
