1 1/2 Tbsp prepared horseradish (1 - 2 Tbsp) 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 dash of salt Directions:
Place burgers on lightly greased broiling pan. Broil burgers 4 inches from heat, turning once, about 5 minutes per side, until no longer pink and the internal temperature registers 165ºF. Variations:
