2 packages (8.81 oz each) Focaccia bread, sliced horizontally
3 leaves leaf lettuce, washed and dried
3/4 lb fully-cooked smoked turkey, shaved
4 oz reduced-fat provolone cheese, shaved
SANDWICH: On a large plate, place one focaccia loaf upside down. Arrange lettuce over focaccia and top with turkey, Basil Salsa and cheese. Place remaining focaccia loaf over top. To serve, slice into 6 wedges.
