1 container (8 oz) nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup mango slices
1 tsp sugar substitute (optional) *
2 mango slices, for garnish (optional)
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mango slices. Serve immediately.
* If desired, sweetener can be omitted, or 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey can replace sugar substitute.
