1 container (8 oz) nonfat plain yogurt 3/4 cup mango slices 1 tsp sugar substitute (optional) * 2 mango slices, for garnish (optional) Directions:
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mango slices. Serve immediately. Variations:
