A tantalizing way to make the most of seasonal strawberries.

1 Tbsp warm, low-calorie strawberry jam
1/4 tsp liquid sugar substitute
1 can reduced-fat evaporated milk, chilled
1 egg white
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp liquid sugar substitute, extra
Place milk, egg white, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute into a food processor or mixmaster and process until thick and fluffy. Pour mixture into a freezer proof bowl and freeze until beginning to set around the edge.
Remove from freezer and beat until smooth. Swirl through 2/3 of strawberry purée and return to freezer until firm. Use remaining strawberry purée as a sauce.
