1 cup hickory or mesquite-smoked barbecue sauce 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili powder 4 Certified Angus Beef ® top blade steaks (about 4 oz each) Directions:
Broil steaks 3 to 5 inches from source of heat for 5 to 6 minutes for medium-rare, or grill over moderately hot grill/coals for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or to the desired degree of doneness. Brush steaks frequently with sauce while grilling. Variations:
