2 tsp olive oil
3 Tbsp chopped, fresh fennel fronds
1 tsp fennel seeds
4 salmon steaks
1 dash each of salt and pepper
4 lemon wedges or slices (to garnish)
Spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray. Lightly fry the salmon for three to four minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve with the lemon wedges.
To the above recipe, add thinly sliced (or chopped) fennel while cooking the salmon.
