This easy to make salad goes with any meat dish.

    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (15.5 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1/4 cup finely chopped onions
    1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise


    Peel the whole hard-boiled eggs, then discard the yolks. Chop the whites.

    Combine the chopped egg whites with all remaining ingredients and chill.
