1 (6 oz) package raspberry flavored sugar-free gelatin dessert 1 (8 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 2/3 cup low-calorie cranberry juice cocktail 1 cup bananas, peeled and sliced Directions:
Fold in cranberry sauce. Reduce heat to medium and cook mixture until sauce is melted. Stir in cranberry juice cocktail. Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened and syrupy. Fold in banana slices. Pour mixture into 4-cup mold; cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set. Microwave Directions:
Fold in cranberry sauce. Microwave mixture at HIGH (100% power) 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is melted, stirring every minute. Stir in cranberry juice cocktail. Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened and syrupy. Fold in banana slices. Pour mixture into 4-cup mold; cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set. Variations:
