1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 cinnamon stick 4 ripe small bananas, peeled, sliced 1 tsp nutmeg 4 Tbsp nonfat plain yogurt or Ricotta Cream (see recipe link below) Directions:
Add bananas, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Remove cinnamon stick before serving. Serve with yogurt (or Ricotta Cream) and nutmeg. Variations:
