1 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup brown sugar, unpacked 1 tsp almond flavoring 2 1/2 cup dry oatmeal 1 cup seeded sunflower seeds 1 cup almonds 1/2 cup flax seeds 1 cup All-Bran 3/4 cup raisins, unpacked 1/2 cup pitted dried plums Directions:
In a bowl, mix together oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, All-Bran, raisins, and plums. Add the butter mixture to the oat mixture and combine. With a spatula, smooth granola mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch non-stick pan. Bake in a 300ºF oven for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 48 pieces. Variations:
