1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp herb seasoning Directions:
In a bowl with large base or a flat pan, combine flour and seasonings. Roll seasoned tofu strips into flour mixture. Place tofu on lightly greased baking pan and bake at 450º F for 15 to 20 minutes. (Per Serving)
