1.40 oz raisins, unpacked
1 1/3 Tbsp (20 ml) brandy or orange liqueur
2 tsp (10 ml) honey
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
2 large mandarins, peeled and segmented
2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
2 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and segmented
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and thickly sliced
Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Gently fold in kiwi fruit to serve.
