1 cup skim milk
1 1/4 cup whole fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced, or 3/4 cup frozen peach slices *
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts (for garnish)
2 whole strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Pour into two tall glasses. Top each with 1/2 tablespoon chopped nuts. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry, if desired.
