1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded reduced-fat Wisconsin Mexican Blend Cheese
12 cup popped air-pop popcorn
In a 4 quart mixing bowl, drizzle the seasoned spread over hot, freshly popped popcorn. Stir popcorn gently to coat kernels. Serve immediately.
