    1/4 cup low-fat granola cereal (without dried fruit)
    1/4 cup whole-wheat cereal (such as Grape Nuts)
    1/4 cup mini whole-wheat pretzel knots (about 1/2 oz)
    1/4 cup whole pitted dried tart cherries
    2 Tbsp toasted almond slivers
    1 Tbsp chopped cashews or pecans


    Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.


    Add additional nuts, if desired.
