1 tsp vegetable oil, divided 2 pinches of cinnamon, or to taste 2 tsp unpacked brown sugar, divided 1 medium apple, unpeeled, sliced 1 spray butter (such as Smart Balance) Directions:
Brush the tortilla side facing up with 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Sprinkle tortilla with cinnamon and 1 teaspoon brown sugar, brushing the cinnamon-brown sugar evenly on the tortilla. Place the prepared tortilla side down in the heated pan. Repeat the oil, cinnamon, and brown sugar step quickly on the tortilla facing up. Flip over. Cook for about 1 minute on each side, or until crunchy. Turn off stove. Place sliced apple evenly over the tortilla. Lightly spray apples with spray butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Let set for one minute. Slice tortilla in quarters. Serve immediately and enjoy. Variations:
