2 beef bouillon cubes 1 large onion 2 large stalks of celery 1 Tbsp butter 5 (16 oz) cans reduced-sodium Great Northern beans, drained, rinsed 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes 2 (1.35 oz) packages McCormick's White Chicken Chili Seasoning, dry mix Directions:
While the chicken is cooking, dice onion and celery. Sauté onion and celery in butter until cooked. Add onion-celery mixture to slow cooker. Once chicken is cooked, shred or cut cooked chicken into small pieces; add to slow cooker (do not discard the chicken water). Add beans, tomatoes, chili seasoning, and a little bit of the chicken water to the slow cooker. Stir well. Cook on low for at least 1 hour, or until done. (Per Serving)
