This yummy hot oatmeal will fill you up on a cold day.

4 cup water
2 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp seedless raisins, unpacked
1 Bosc pear, cut into 1/4-inch slices vertically
3/4 Tbsp brown sugar, unpacked
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
2 tsp brown sugar, unpacked, extra (1-2 tsp, for topping)
1/2 cup skim milk, extra (for topping)
Heat the broiler and line a broiler pan with foil (or use non-stick pan). Arrange the pears on the foil in a single layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar and broil for 5 minutes or until the sugar bubbles.
Spoon the oatmeal into 6 bowls, top with slices of pear and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve with extra brown sugar and drizzle with milk if desired.
