1 1/2 cup Splenda® * 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup low-fat soy milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions:
In a bowl combine together the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add soy milk, oil and vanilla, and mix together. Place mixture in a 9 x 9 or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done (baked brownies will be a bit gooey, so do not dry them out by over-baking). Variations:
Can add in chocolate chips (note: choc chips are not vegan) and/or chopped walnuts. Ingredient suggestions are not included in the nutritional analysis. (Per Serving)
