For a slightly sweet and delicately-flavored bagel spread, try this! Also delicious on rice cakes.

    6 oz nonfat whipped cream cheese
    2.30 oz walnut pieces, chopped
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup minced seedless watermelon


    Mix together the cream cheese, walnuts and cinnamon. Just before using, mix in the watermelon.


    If nonfat whipped cream cheese is unavailable: Beat 6 oz nonfat cream cheese. Then, mix in 2 Tbsp skim milk. Yield: 6 oz nonfat whipped cream cheese.

    Spread on toasted bagels or rice cakes.
