    1 cup vanilla soymilk
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1 medium banana, sliced
    2 Tbsp soy protein powder
    1/4 cup ice cubes


    Purée all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.


    If desired, prior to puréeing add 1 tsp honey; for a thicker smoothie pre-freeze the banana.
