14 oz chicken thigh fillets, cubed 1 clove garlic 1 medium onion, chopped 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 bunch bok choy, washed and chopped 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds Directions:
Remove chicken. Add garlic, onion and sweet potatoes. Stir-fry until tender. Add chicken, bok choy and sesame oil to wok. Stir-fry until bok choy is just tender. Top with sesame seeds. Variations:
