1 1/2 cup low-fat milk (1%) 3 Tbsp light buttery spread 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper Directions:
In small saucepan, place milk, buttery spread and garlic; set over medium-low heat and simmer until heated through. Beat milk mixture into potatoes until thoroughly mixed and fluffy. Mix in additional milk, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Variations:
