1/4 cup crystallized or glacé ginger, chopped 1 tsp mixed spice * 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt 1/2 cup slivered almonds or pinenuts, toasted 400 g fresh cantaloupe pieces 1 cup diced celery Directions:
SALAD: In a separate salad bowl, combine cantaloupe and celery and gently fold through dressing. To serve, sprinkle with extra spice and the remaining 1 tablespoon of nuts. Chill well. Variations:
