1 Tbsp cornstarch 1/2 cup nonfat milk 1 chicken stock cube 1/2 cup white wine Directions:
Stir in cornstarch to form a smooth paste then slowly add nonfat milk and stock cube. Return to heat and cook while stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in wine. Reheat gently and serve. Microwave Directions:
Stir in cornstarch, milk and stock cube. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes, stopping to stir once or twice while cooking. Add wine and return to microwave on MEDIUM to reheat for 2 minutes. Variations:
