1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup SPLENDA® 1/4 cup canola oil 2 egg whites Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and Splenda®). In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients (canola oil and egg whites); stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Variations:
