1/3 cup tomato paste 200 g shaved leg ham, trimmed of fat, roughly chopped 300 g mushrooms, thinly sliced 100 g reduced-fat grated mozzarella cheese 1 dash each of salt and pepper 4 quick sprays of olive oil cooking spray (about 1/4 tsp) 57.14 g arugula leaves (rocket leaves) Directions:
Spray pizzas with olive oil spray to lightly coat. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts and pitta bread is crisp around the edges. Top each with arugula/rocket leaves. Variations:
