1 1/2 cup cantaloupe, cubed 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup sliced kiwi 2 cup cubed reduced-fat Wisconsin Havarti cheese 1/3 cup orange juice 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp honey 2 Tbsp chopped basil leaves Directions:
In a small jar with tight fitting lid, mix together orange juice, oil, honey and basil. Shake vigorously to combine. Pour over fruit and cheese. Toss. Variations:
