228.57 g low-sugar vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon Light 'n Fit) 1/2 cup sweetened coconut * 100 g sprinkles or jimmies 4 paper snow cone cups Directions:
Remove from freezer and roll in vanilla yogurt and then lightly coat with sweetened coconut; top with sprinkles or jimmies. Place in a snow cone cup and enjoy. Variations:
For a change, replace snow cone cup with an ice cream cone. Serving suggestions are not included in the nutritional analysis. (Per Serving)
