2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese with basil and oregano
1 1/2 Tbsp minced fresh oregano
1 Tbsp capers, drained
3 (7.6 oz) boxes frozen grilled cod fillets *
FISH: Arrange cod fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 18 to 19 minutes, or until done.* Top with Greek Salsa.
