A refreshing, festive drink pretty enough to serve in a party punch bowl.

Ingredients:

    3 cup water
    2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
    1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted, thawed
    1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted, thawed
    1/2 cup Equal® Spoonful™ *
    1 1/2 quarts diet lemon-lime soda, chilled (51 fl. oz; 1.5 liters)
    12 - 24 lemon and/or orange slices (optional)

Directions:

    Combine water, cranberry juice, orange juice concentrate, and lemonade concentrate. Stir in Equal® until dissolved.

    Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Stir in soda just before serving. Garnish each glass with a lemon or orange slice, if desired.

    (Or, serve in a punch bowl and garnish the top with thinly sliced lemons and/or orange slices.)

Variations:

    * If preferred, replace Equal® Spoonful with either 12 packets of Equal® sweetener, or, with 1/2 cup sugar.

    Sugar suggestion is not included in the nutritional analysis.
