Bring on the flavors of the tropics with these marinated pineapple prawns skewers!
Suggestions: To prevent breakage of wooden skewers, pre-soak them for 10 minutes before stringing on food. Can use short or long skewers.

1.02 kg green prawns, peeled and deveined
1 clove garlic
20.00 g light buttery spread
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce (or to taste)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Combine garlic, buttery spread, honey, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well and marinate skewers in marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat and grease barbecue or grill and cook kebobs quickly over high temperature, for 5 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade during cooking.
Sliced calamari tubes, baby octopus or fish pieces may be added to kebobs.
