1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 4 slices raisin or fruit bread 1 banana, sliced 1/2 tsp cinnamon Directions:
Top with sliced banana, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with remaining slice of bread. Cook in a toaster oven until toasted and warmed through. (If toaster oven isn't available, toast on both sides under a grill or broiler until golden.) (Per Serving)
