An ever-popular dip that can also serve as a low-fat spread on your sandwiches.

1 3/4 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained (10.85 oz)
1/2 tsp dried cumin
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
Purée chickpeas and fold through remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until required.
Serve with crunchy vegetable sticks and/or crackers. Or, spread on a sandwich in place of mayonnaise.
