Classic spaghetti sauce just like "mama" makes.
Suggestions: Serve sauce over spaghetti with shavings of fresh Parmesan cheese.

1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup tomato paste
400 g can tomatoes, with their juice
1 tsp sugar
250.00 g dry spaghetti
500.00 g lean ground beef
Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti. When boiling, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer (cooking gently at a level where tiny bubbles rise to the surface) for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain. Serve spaghetti onto plates, top with meat sauce.
