    1 onion, diced
    1 strip lean bacon
    1 medium egg
    57.14 g reduced fat cheese
    250.00 g cooked pasta
    73.53 mL nonfat evaporated milk


    Cook pasta as directed on packaging.

    In a non-stick saucepan, sauté bacon and onion until cooked (about 4 minutes).

    In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk; add cheese.

    Toss bacon and onion through hot pasta, add milk mixture and return to low heat. Stir through for 1 minute.

    Serve hot.
