Pork strips stir-fried in a sweet chili sauce.

2 onions, thinly sliced
1 red chili, seeded and chopped
500.00 g lean pork, thinly sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 coriander plant, chopped
Add brown sugar, water and fish sauce; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thick and syrupy, stirring while cooking. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
